About

MatSync is a cloud-based martial arts club management software built in Switzerland. It provides academy owners with a single platform to manage every aspect of their business — from automated recurring billing and payment collection via Stripe, to student attendance tracking, belt and rank progression, and class scheduling with real-time capacity management. Designed specifically for martial arts disciplines including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Taekwondo, Aikido, Kung Fu, and Krav Maga, MatSync replaces spreadsheets, paper sign-in sheets, and generic fitness software with purpose-built tools. The platform includes a native mobile app for students and parents to book classes, track progress, make payments, and receive push notifications. MatSync is free for academies with up to 30 students. Growing clubs can upgrade to the Grow plan at $39/month for unlimited students, priority support, and all features. All data is hosted in EU data centers with full GDPR compliance and encryption. Stay connected with your students outside of the gym through our integrated mobile messaging and push notification system. You can easily announce new class times, competition results, or special guest seminars directly to everyone's phone. This constant engagement builds a stronger sense of belonging and helps convert casual students into dedicated academy members. The app also serves as a marketing tool, as students can easily show their progress and rank history to friends and family. By keeping your brand in your students' pockets, you remain top-of-mind and drive higher participation rates.
